What are bushings, washers, sleeves or other turned parts used for?

Such turned parts are used in almost every machine. For example, sleeves are used as shaft protection. Washers are used to either limit a seal or to separate other attachments from each other. An example of this would be the so-called end plate on the very popular E1K stripper, which limits the stuffing box packing from the inside of the housing.
Thrust washers and sliding bushes

We also have thrust washers and plain bushes or plain bearings in our range.

Thrust washers are axial bearings in a very flat design. So they are easy to plan, take up high axial loads and are largely maintenance-free.
The same applies to plain bearings.
